EVENT/TICKET POLICY

REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final. No refunds unless event is cancelled or rescheduled

CANCELED EVENT

• If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed immediately. You do not need to request a refund. Funds are usually returned within 7 days of cancellation, but may take up to 30 days if processing volume is high.

RESCHEDULED EVENT

• If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be transferred automatically to the new event date. If you can not attend the new event date, you can request a refund by contacting us at the following email address: boxoffice@thegranadatheatre.com

AGE POLICY

• Events at The Granada generally allow all ages to attend. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Some events may be posted as 21 or older. 21+ events require a valid photo ID to enter.

• Children two years and older must have their own ticket.

SMOKING

• No smoking, of any kind, is allowed.

ALCOHOL

• Beverages both alcoholic or non-alcoholic must be purchased from The Granada Theatre or Humphrey’s Bar.

• Must be 21 or older to purchase, possess or consume alcohol. Persons under 21 attempting to purchase alcohol will be trespassed and banned from attending future events.

• If you are caught bringing your own alcohol you will be trespassed and banned from attending future events.

NO DRAMA POLICY

• We do not tolerate violence or disrespect toward our staff or our guests. If you are causing problems you will be trespassed and banned from attending future events.

BAG POLICY

• No large bags allowed. Bags of any kind may be inspected by security personnel.

WEAPONS

• No weapons of any kind are allowed. Anyone in possession of any kind of weapon will be trespassed and banned from attending future events.
